General Information - Dr Mariusz Pawelczyk
Dr Mariusz Pawelczyk graduated from the Wroclaw Medical University in 1973 receiving the title of medical doctor. In 1977, he completed a first degree of specialisation in general surgery. In 1982, he received a second degree of specialisation in general surgery.
He is a member of the Regional Medical Council (Dolnoslaska Izba Lekarska) in Wroclaw, and a member of the Regional Medical Council's Regional Medical Court in Wroclaw. For several dozen years, he was the director of the Department of General Surgery in Lubin, where he prepared many doctors for the profession of surgeon. During his career, he also had managerial positions in Health Care Facility in Lubin. Currently, he works at several reputable clinics: CDT Medicus and Jaworski Medical Centre in Jawor.
He likes to spend his free time working in the garden, on the lake, or in a pine forest. He also enjoys fishing, which he does while on holiday in Scandinavia.
Dr Mariusz Pawelczyk is a general surgery specialist with many years of professional experience. He completed a number of trainings and development courses thanks to which he successively raised his qualifications. He has numerous diplomas and certificates confirming his skills. He systematically participates in many conferences and congresses during which he exchanges knowledge and experience with professionals from other countries. His specific professional interests are the treatment of complicated varicose veins of the lower limbs, with particular emphasis on trophic ulcers and post-thrombotic syndrome – advanced diseases, which prior to surgery are properly prepared through many weeks of therapy. The scope of his skills and training also include treatment of hernias, gall bladder and thyroid disorders.
